Private Yoga Session

I provide private yoga lessons tailored to each individual’s specific needs. 

My classes are designed to focus on specific topics such as physical form within your practice, breathing techniques and stress management.

I have a special interest in working with individuals to help them reach their personal goals, prevent injuries, or heal and strengthen from injuries. With my guidance, you can enhance your yoga practice and become more in tune with your body and mind.

Online Zoom Classes

Create space for yourself from the comfort of home, roll out your mat and join me for a weekly Zoom class.

Classes range from invigorating energising flows to gentle stress management, incorporating meditation and breathwork techniques for you to use on and off the mat.
